As part of the 18th edition of Ortigia Film Festival, .bijouets brought together renowned psychotherapist Stefania Andreoli and .bijouets founder Fabio Ciciani on stage to discuss the concept of lightness.
How do we learn to choose what to carry with us? How can we shed unneccesary weight without losing substance? Centered on these questions, the discussion bridged two different languages: the material lightness of design and the inner lightness of psychology.
Set against the backdrop of the Ortigia Film Festival, the conversation also explored cinema and its power to guide us through emotions, helping us to recognize parts of ourselves and view our own stories from a different perspective.
